Sustainable nutrition is a prerequisite for equal health at individual, national and global levels. Competence on nutrition and health is being sought in an increasing number of arenas in society, both in the public and private sectors – hence why this is the theme of the 2018 edition of the DRF Congress of Nutrition for Health. The programme highlights different angles about food, trends, communication, sustainability, digitisation, e-health and nutritional economics - all related to eating habits and meals.
